How to Make an Aggravation (Wahoo) Board Game

This is a super old video but the process pretty straight forward. I laid out a 1.5” grid and marked out my holes. I did kind of cheat since I had an example board on hand.

I was commissioned to make two Wahoo Boards (aka Aggravation). I used MDF to make a template and my plunge router to cut the holes.
